– Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
– Client-Centered Approach
– Solution-Focused Therapy
We are often also more “hands on” than traditional therapist in that we are happy to refer you to additional services in your area is the need is there (Not guaranteed in all regions, is subject to availability and referral leads are not associated with Unique Peace Counselling).
ADDRESSING YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS

A FLEXIBLE APPROACH
A CUSTOM APPROACH TO
MEET YOUR NEEDS
At our counselling practice, we pride ourselves on using a neurodivergent-informed approach, which means we understand that no two individuals are the same. This understanding drives us to customize our therapeutic methods to align perfectly with your unique needs and personal goals. Our commitment to individualized care ensures that you receive the most effective and relevant support.
Moreover, we believe in being transparent and direct about our techniques. We take the time to thoroughly explain each therapeutic approach, outlining how it can specifically benefit you in achieving your therapy goals. Our aim is to ensure you feel informed and confident about the steps we take together on your therapeutic journey. This personalized and clear communication is a cornerstone of our practice, fostering trust and empowerment in your path to well-being.
Please note: at this time we are not seeing clients who are under 18 years of age. However, if you have a child that is neurodivergent, we can work with you individually or as a partnership to help support your child. We are also not currently qualified to see those suffer seeking support around addiction or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
