Sleep is a non-negotiable for both your physical and mental health. Skipping a few hours here and there can take a toll on your mood, energy, awareness, and ability to handle stressful situations.

While you should aim to get at least seven hours of sleep, it’s unrealistic to expect to fall asleep the moment your head touches the pillow. To get enough quality sleep, try to avoid caffeine after 3 pm, take a break from the stimulation of screens, and sleep at the same time every day.
